Under and Over were previously two different paintings as a diptych. After a few years of processing them, as well as exhibiting them, I decided to develop them further. The changes were influenced by the painting on my home page, "Above the Surface."

These five paintings grew out of examining components from my other abstracts and for my love of pouring & dripping paint. I am currently working on five more of these in opposing composition. All contain oils, collage, gesso, enamel, latex, and alkyd at 12 x 12 inches.
