Cherie Hacker began her artistic pursuits in Chicago, later received a Studio Art Bachelors from UC Davis followed by a MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art. She has exhibited her work from east to west coast, Alaska to New York and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Cherie's abstracts exhibited in a recent solo show at the Kenneth B Gallery in Florence, Oregon; currently in the Metro Gallery, Reno City Hall, Nevada, and in 2015 at Ardgillan Castle in Ireland and in 2016 at Blue Moon Gallery, Sacramento. Her studio is in the E Street Studio complex, a warehouse with twelve artists and features the E Street Gallery where she curates a yearly exhibit of artists from the Sacramento region of California.
